Experience the rugged natural beauty of the American West by joining Nikon and AFAR professional photographers Deborah Sandidge and Flash Parker for a small-group expedition that includes photography mentoring and access to the latest Nikon equipment.
We’ll set out from Las Vegas for Fire State Park, our introduction to shooting in the desert. From there, we'll head to Zion National Park, where we'll spend the next two days honing photography skills amid the landscape of red, orange, and yellow sandstone. The expedition continues with a guided tour of Antelope Canyon, awe-inspiring canyons with light filtering in through the narrow slots—making them one of the most naturally photogenic places in the world. We’ll wrap up in Bryce Canyon by capturing spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing among these Cenozoic aged rocks. A day hike will take us down into the valley and back up through the famous "Wall Street" formation.
